Empire Commons Senators of the University at Albany Student Association represent the upperclassmen and graduate students residing in the Empire Commons apartments. These senators address the unique needs of a more independent, apartment-style living community for nearly 1,200 residents. They liaise with Housing Managers to enhance living experiences and facilitate the use of amenities like meeting spaces, fitness centers, and sports courts, ensuring that the residents’ academic and social needs are well-supported at the campus edge.
