SA Black Hair Showcase
Showcase the significance and diversity of Black Hair. Attendees will learn about the different hairstyles of black hair and their historical significance. This event will also bring attention to black hair discrimination in the workplace and in schools across the country.

SA Black is Love
Sharing different experiences of Black love fosters unity, healing, and empowerment within the community. It highlights the beauty and diversity of relationships, from romantic and familial to platonic and self-love, showing that love is multifaceted and universal. By celebrating these stories, we combat negative stereotypes, inspire hope, and create a deeper sense of connection and pride in our shared cultural identity. This collective acknowledgment strengthens bonds and encourages mutual support.
SA Empower Her Wealth
The purpose of the event is to empower Black women with the knowledge and tools needed to take control of their financial futures. It aims to bridge the financial literacy gap by providing accessible education on personal finance, investing, and wealth-building strategies. The program seeks to address systemic barriers and equip participants with actionable insights to create generational wealth. By fostering a supportive and empowering environment, the event encourages networking and the building of strong financial communities. Ultimately, it strives to inspire confidence, independence, and financial freedom among attendees.

Org Speed Dating
Welcome back to campus! On Thursday, February 24th, the Department of Student Group Affairs will be hosting our Org Speed Dating Event from 7:00--9:00PM in the CC Ballroom! For this event, we are inviting student groups to table and spread awareness to the student body about their organizations. The students will get a chance to walk around and "speed date" with your organization.
